When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, some companies leaped into action to innovate and respond to public needs, while other were paralyzed. This session explains the key factors that enabled some companies to innovate and pivot into quick action, and draws lessons on two major ways that companies can invest in strengthening the resilience of their business models and broader communities.
